Solicit major gifts from high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and corporations to support various campaigns and endowments. Develop and maintain relationships with key donors and prospects through regular communication and personalized stewardship strategies. Prepare comprehensive proposals and reports for fundraising initiatives, ensuring all financial and donor information is accurate and up-to-date. Collaborate with the development team to ensure a cohesive approach to major gift solicitation and stewardship efforts. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in major gifts fundraising, preferably within a nonprofit or philanthropic organization. A strong understanding of the Jewish community and its values, with a passion for supporting communal initiatives. Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to establish trust with potential donors.
