About the Role

As a Senior Lead Operator, you'll play a critical role in keeping our production operations running smoothly. You'll be responsible for the daily operation of sophisticated production equipment, ensuring consistent output and adherence to our quality standards. This is a hands-on position where your technical expertise and leadership directly impact product quality and facility performance.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor production equipment throughout your shift, maintaining focus on safety and efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance checks and basic troubleshooting to keep equipment running reliably
• Conduct quality inspections on finished products and document results accurately
• Respond promptly to equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance teams when needed
• Follow all standard operating procedures and safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
• Support and mentor other operators on the production line
• Keep detailed logs and reports on production metrics and shift activities
