Senior Lakebase Sales Specialist (Central) at databricks in Munich, Germany About This Position Databricks is seeking multiple Senior Lakebase Sales Specialists (Central) to help customers modernize their operational data foundation with Databricks Lakebase, our fully-managed Postgres offering for intelligent applications. This high-impact role sits within the Lakebase Go-To-Market team and partners closely with regional Account Executives to drive adoption of Lakebase with platform, application, and data teams. What You'll Do Drive new Lakebase revenue by identifying, qualifying, and driving Lakebase activations and consumption within a defined territory, in partnership with regional Account Executives and the broader account team. Lead with outcomes for key Lakebase personas — including platform teams, application developers, data engineers, and business analysts. Ensure successful implementation of Lakebase solutions that meet customer needs and drive value. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and provide tailored sales strategies. Work closely with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market initiatives. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at customers, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and business owners. Drive adoption of Lakebase through strategic account planning and execution. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth.
