Role Overview

Alice & Bob is developing the first universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer to solve the world’s hardest problems. The role of a Senior Integration & Yield Engineer within our Foundries & Process Integration team involves bridging the gap between qubit design and chip manufacturing teams. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring that device designs reliably translate into high-performing fabricated circuits, and providing data for process improvement decisions.

Responsibilities

• Owning yield monitoring across our fabrication flows
• Leading the analysis of fabrication and test data
• Maintaining interfaces between design and manufacturing to support scaling from tens of qubits to a few hundred, enabling the path toward fault-tolerant quantum computing

Requirements

• Proven experience in integration and yield engineering for semiconductor devices or similar roles
• Strong understanding of superconducting qubit technologies, particularly Schrödinger cat qubits
• Experience with quantum error correction techniques
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical methods
• Excellent communication skills to interface effectively with design and manufacturing teams
