This full-time, on-site position offers an opportunity to lead housekeeping quality, mentor team members, and ensure every vacation rental property delivers exceptional guest experiences. Role Overview As a Senior Housekeeper with Roofstock's STR operations, you'll serve as both an active cleaner and a quality supervisor in our Lincoln City properties. Your role bridges hands-on housekeeping with team leadership—you'll perform property turnovers to our brand standards while overseeing the work of other housekeeping staff, identifying improvement areas, and coaching team members toward excellence. You'll work independently across multiple properties, take initiative on operational challenges, and report directly to our Back of House Team Lead.
