Cside is hiring a Senior Growth Marketer in San Francisco, California to lead marketing strategy and drive customer acquisition for a rapidly scaling web security company.
About the Role
As Senior Growth Marketer at Cside, you'll own the full growth marketing funnel, from awareness through customer acquisition and retention. You'll partner with sales, product, and leadership to build and execute go-to-market strategies that reach security professionals and enterprises seeking advanced browser-based threat detection and fraud prevention solutions.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies across paid, organic, and partnership channels
- Manage marketing campaigns targeting enterprise security buyers and technical decision-makers
- Build marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and improve conversion rates
- Analyze campaign performance, optimize funnels, and report on ROI and key growth metrics
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and improve customer acquisition
- Test new channels and tactics to identify highest-impact growth opportunities
- Own positioning and messaging for Cside's browser security and fraud prevention platform
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing
- Proven track record scaling customer acquisition and optimizing marketing funnels
- Strong data analysis skills and comfort with marketing analytics platforms
- Experience marketing B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software preferred
- Skilled in paid search, paid social, content marketing, and marketing automation
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management abilities
- Deep understanding of growth metrics and data-driven decision making
