Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Ultahost, you will own the creation of polished digital assets, branding collateral, and campaign graphics that reach users across our global markets — including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, Australia, Brazil, India, Japan, and China. Reporting into the Marketing team, you'll partner with UI/UX, content, and product colleagues to bring product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives to life with consistent, high-impact design.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce banners, social creatives, ads, infographics, and web-ready assets for campaigns, landing pages, and product pages.
• Refine and elevate existing materials so every deliverable aligns with Ultahost's brand standards.
• Build custom illustrations, icons, and visual elements as projects require.
• Safeguard and strengthen Ultahost's visual identity across all platforms and channels.
• Contribute fresh creative concepts for marketing and promotional efforts.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, marketers, content writers, and product teams to keep messaging cohesive and visually compelling.
• Track emerging design trends and tools, and quality-check work before it ships.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in a graphic design or senior design role.
• Advanced command of Adobe Photoshop (required); strong Adobe Illustrator skills preferred, with working knowledge of After Effects or comparable tools.
• Proven experience on web-focused, digital-first projects.
• Solid grasp of color theory, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and ship quality work on tight timelines.
• Clear communicator with sharp attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, and the independence to excel in a fast-paced setting.
• A portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphics, digital assets, and brand work is required.

Bonus points for experience in SaaS, technology, or hosting, familiarity with UI/UX workflows, a background in paid ads and high-conversion visuals, and motion graphics or animation skills.
