Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and periodic reports
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Monitor, reconcile, and verify accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and procedures
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and present findings to internal stakeholders
• Maintain financial documentation and ensure adherence to accounting controls
• Support ad-hoc finance projects and cross-functional initiatives

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency with accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Sound understanding of financial accounting principles and GAAP or local standards
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Professional-level fluency in English and Spanish (essential for Latin America role)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail
• Tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
• Experience in a similar finance analyst or accounting operations role
