About the Role As Senior Director of Global Sales Compensation & Planning, you'll lead the strategic design and execution of sales compensation frameworks across LogicMonitor's worldwide teams. This is a hands-on leadership position where you combine data-driven analysis with organizational development to ensure our compensation programs attract top talent, retain high performers, and support sustainable revenue growth. What You'll Do Design, implement, and optimize global sales compensation plans, commission structures, and incentive programs that align with business strategy and market competitiveness Develop and manage sales quota frameworks, territory planning, and performance metrics that motivate and fairly reward sales excellence Build financial models and conduct competitive benchmarking to inform compensation decisions and budget forecasting for sales operations Lead cross-functional initiatives with Finance, HR, Legal, and Sales leadership to ensure compliance, scalability, and alignment across all regions and sales channels Manage compensation communications, education, and change management to ensure sales teams understand and trust our programs Monitor program effectiveness through analytics and reporting, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and ROI optimization Partner with sales leadership to refine planning processes and ensure compensation strategy supports both short-term targets and long-term organizational goals What We're Looking For Proven experience in senior-level sales compensation, sales planning, or similar strategic finance and organizational development roles Strong analytical and modeling skills with proficiency in Excel, compensation software, and business intelligence tools Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and implement change in complex, matrixed environments Knowledge of global compensation practices, regulatory requirements, and tax considerations across major markets Strategic mindset combined with attention to operational detail and program integrity Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences About LogicMonitor LogicMonitor is built on values of trust, customer obsession, agility, and continuous improvement.
