Massive Rocket is a rapidly scaling Braze and Snowflake agency on a mission to transform how digital marketing, product, and engineering teams connect. We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to lead the charge in crafting innovative, high-performance data solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of Snowflake experience focused on architecture, maintenance and optimization (or in a similar role).
- 4+ years of experience in SQL and data modeling and ETL processes.
- 2+ years of experience of working with Python building custom data applications and transformations
- Experience of working with DBT for modular transformation.
- Experience with Snowflake features such as Snowpipe, Snowpark, Snowflake Data Sharing, and Snowflake Secure Data Sharing.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data integration tools.
- Proven ability in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity in day-to-day professional tasks.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience working in an agency environment, with the ability to manage multiple clients and pivot at short notice.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- English at C1 level (or equivalent)
