What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end relationships with key vendor accounts in the consumables category, understanding their business objectives and marketplace challenges
• Create and execute account strategies that drive sales growth, improve product visibility, and enhance operational efficiency
• Monitor account performance using data analytics, identify trends, and recommend optimizations to maximize vendor and customer outcomes
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams—including sales, operations, marketing, and product—to solve complex problems and launch initiatives
• Provide ongoing support, training, and best-practice guidance to vendors navigating Amazon's marketplace tools and policies
• Advocate for vendor needs internally while ensuring compliance with Amazon's standards and policies

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or vendor management roles, ideally in e-commerce or marketplace environments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, spot opportunities, and communicate insights clearly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; you build credibility and trust with senior stakeholders
• Strategic mindset coupled with hands-on execution—comfortable diving into details and thinking at scale
• Familiarity with Amazon marketplace tools, consumables industry dynamics, or similar complex B2B environments is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
