Role Overview As Senior Counsel for Labor & Employment, you'll be a key member of Cardinal Health's Legal department, focused on advising business leaders and Employee & Labor Relations professionals. You'll identify potential legal risks in employment and labor matters, develop mitigation strategies, and provide counsel that protects the organization while supporting its people operations and physician partnerships within our healthcare network.
