Based in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, you'll work directly with one of the nation's leading retail data science organizations, contributing to transformative solutions for The Kroger Co. and major national brands.
About the Role
As a Senior Consultant specializing in investment optimization and performance analysis, you'll translate complex retail data into actionable strategies that enhance customer experiences across the path to purchase. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives, leveraging insights from our proprietary dataset spanning 62+ million U.S. households to identify opportunities and measure outcomes that drive real business value.
What You'll Do
- Analyze retail performance metrics and consumer behavior patterns to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop data-driven recommendations for investment allocation and performance improvement
- Partner with cross-functional teams including data scientists, insights specialists, and client stakeholders
- Design and execute analytical frameworks that translate complex datasets into clear, strategic guidance
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and external partners with clarity and impact
- Support continuous improvement of analytical methodologies and reporting systems
What We're Looking For
- Senior-level experience in data analysis, business analytics, or consulting, with demonstrated expertise in optimization or performance evaluation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort navigating large, complex datasets
- Ability to synthesize data into strategic recommendations and communicate findings to executive audiences
- Experience in retail, consumer insights, or related industries preferred
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication abilities
