Position Summary This role sits within Careem's Groceries team, which is revolutionising quick-commerce across the region by delivering fast, reliable shopping experiences. You'll partner with experienced Category Managers to build optimal product ranges, set competitive pricing, and craft campaigns that balance customer satisfaction with commercial performance. Your responsibilities will span the entire category lifecycle—from discovering new products to monitoring real-time market dynamics and identifying growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Support category strategy execution by aligning assortment, pricing, and promotional initiatives with broader business objectives. Monitor category performance through sales trends, pricing competitiveness, stock turnover, and availability metrics; escalate risks and opportunities proactively. Develop and co-ordinate weekly and monthly promotional campaigns in partnership with suppliers and cross-functional teams. Manage product catalogue accuracy—ensuring listings, descriptions, images, and specifications are current and compelling on the app. Work closely with supply chain and logistics partners to streamline new product launches and replenishment schedules.
