Kind Behavioral Health, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis services dedicated to improving the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and their families, is seeking a Senior BCBA to help expand services to the Hickory, NC area.  As a Sr BCBA, you will start establishing services in/around Hickory, NC beginning in homes, with plans to open a clinic in the future. This role does offer the opportunity to grow into the CD for this future clinic location.
 
The ideal candidate is committed to a “gold standard” implementation of the science of ABA and evidence and data-based analyses and are looking to do their life’s work in an environment where exceptional people can Think Big, Have Fun, Do Good, and Be Kind.
