Requirements
- 4+ years of professional backend development experience within a team environment
- Expertise in PHP 8.x and Symfony (or similar framework such as Laravel)
- Experience designing and maintaining scalable backend systems and services
- Strong experience working with MySQL, including schema design and performance optimization
- Hands-on experience working with MongoDB in a production environment
- Experience developing and supporting RESTful APIs and system integrations
- Functional proficiency in React and Node.js
- Proficiency with Git, Docker, and modern CI/CD workflows
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and work independently within a mature codebase
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
