Senior Automation QA with Java

You will be:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in software test automation.
• You have a good knowledge of Java
• You can structure, design, and plan test scenarios and test cases.
• You are familiar with RestAssured.
• You have experience in backend test automation.
• You have knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• You can design and implement a test automation framework.
• You know best practices in test automation and can conduct reviews of test frameworks.
• You are familiar with web technologies.
• You are familiar with web Spring.
• You are eager to learn and share knowledge.
• You are characterized by independence, meeting deadlines, and strong analytical skills.
• You can work with very little documentation.
• You are familiar with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and understand how automated tests integrate into continuous integration and continuous delivery processes.
• You have exposure to AI-powered tooling for test generation, flaky test triage, coverage analysis, or test deduplication.
• Ability to evaluate and integrate AI tools pragmatically into an existing automation workflow.

Your profile:

• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery.

• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have:

• Experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work.

• Interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
