What You'll Do

• Plan, execute, and complete audit fieldwork across multiple client engagements
• Analyze financial statements, reconcile account balances, and evaluate transactions for accuracy and compliance
• Develop comprehensive audit documentation and working papers that clearly support conclusions and findings
• Present audit observations and recommendations to clients with clarity and professional judgment
• Supervise junior staff and coordinate team activities to meet engagement timelines and quality objectives
• Build and maintain client relationships through responsive communication and proactive problem-solving
• Contribute to the firm's growth through continuous professional development and service excellence

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years of progressive audit experience with public accounting or industry firms
• Strong command of GAAP and audit methodologies
• CPA certification or demonstrated commitment to obtaining your CPA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex accounting matters clearly
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams, mentor others, and embrace a solutions-oriented mindset
• Detail-oriented approach combined with strong time management and organizational skills
