Senior Agent, Global EUC

About the Role

As a Senior Agent in our Global End User Computing (EUC) team based in Mc Lean, Fairfax County, you'll manage support for the business applications and computing infrastructure that power SES. In this position, you'll combine technical expertise with strong customer service skills, handling support requests across multiple channels to keep our users productive and systems running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Manage and resolve support tickets for end user computing issues and business applications
• Provide telephone-based technical support to users across distributed locations
• Deliver remote support, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems efficiently
• Document solutions and contribute to knowledge management for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated or complex issues
• Maintain detailed records and follow IT service delivery best practices
• Support our global user base across multiple time zones and geographic regions

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience providing end user computing support or IT service delivery
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills with operating systems, applications, and networks
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Experience managing support tickets and IT service management systems
