What will your day look like?
As our new Adobe Senior Application Consultant, you will become part of our growing development team. Here, you will deal with lots of moving pieces and help us build the most effective way to launch marketing campaigns at scale for global brands – focusing on making the process as seamless and efficient as possible for marketers and operations specialists while also activating new technical capabilities within the Adobe ecosystem. As an Application Consultant, you will bridge the gap between technology and marketing strategies. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical requirements for Adobe solutions. You will collaborate with developers to ensure the technical solutions align with the client’s business goals.
More specifically, your tasks include:
- Collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team, partnering with operations and client teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and client success using Adobe platforms.
- Driving the successful adoption of Internal enterprise marketing tools and Adobe applications across our client base by leveraging your technical expertise to configure efficient and tailored end-to-end client experiences.
- Streamlining client operations by configuring and implementing customised business rules and automations within Adobe marketing platforms.
- Bringing client solutions to life by configuring and implementing new features according to provided specifications and designs within Adobe environments.
- Ensuring the quality and reliability of implementations by rigorously testing configurations and newly developed features within Adobe applications.
- Proactively identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues within existing Adobe applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Collecting business requirements by engaging with marketers to translate them into technical specifications for Adobe solutions.
- Utilising Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and related tools to build data audiences and manage segments while understanding their quality and integrity.
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and recommending opportunities to optimise Adobe platforms and their features.
Who are you going to work with?
You will join a team of highly skilled developers, architects, data specialists, product managers, and project managers who are passionate about building great solutions and customer experiences together. You will also get to work closely with experts from other technology, creative, and client teams.
What do you bring to the table?
As a person, you have a team player mindset and an open-minded attitude. You can communicate ideas and technical topics honestly and clearly – also to non-experts – while respecting the views of others on the team. You are eager to understand and find solutions, allowing you to quickly adapt to changing situations and come up with new ideas. As a strategic thinker, you take into consideration the big picture and critically assess the projects you’re working on, consulting and advising when needed. At the same time, you solve problems analytically and pragmatically, both independently and as part of the team.
- 5 – 8 years of relevant experience in application consulting, marketing technology, campaign operations, CRM, marketing automation, or a similar technical consulting role.
- Strong hands-on experience with campaign execution, campaign configuration, programme builds, and marketing automation workflows.
- Subject matter expertise in at least one major marketing technology platform, such as Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo Engage, Braze or a comparable CRM or marketing automation tool.
