What This Role Involves

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports and related schedules using established corporate processes
• Complete detailed account reconciliations, resolve differences promptly, and uphold the integrity of the general ledger
• Support multi-entity consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and related journal entries
• Perform variance analysis comparing actual results with budgets or prior periods and document clear explanations
• Gather supporting materials and respond to requests during internal reviews and external audit activities
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting procedures and apply enhancements to existing workflows
• Partner with finance colleagues across departments to address questions and ensure consistent application of policies

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline
• Several years of progressive experience performing corporate accounting, financial analysis, or related senior-level duties
• Solid working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting practices
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning systems along with advanced spreadsheet capabilities
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and collaborate effectively within a team
