Responsibilities Oversee a curated portfolio of strategic and high-value client accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and measurable success Lead client onboarding processes, including product integration support and training coordination with implementation teams Build trusted advisor relationships by understanding each client's business goals, industry context, and long-term objectives Develop and execute account plans with defined goals and key performance indicators aligned with client priorities Conduct regular business reviews and discovery sessions on a structured cadence to track progress and identify emerging opportunities Monitor and report on client KPI achievement and satisfaction metrics both internally and to the customer Identify and pursue expansion opportunities, including product upsells and cross-sells, while maintaining focus on client needs Foster customer advocacy initiatives that position satisfied clients as brand advocates and case study partners Collaborate with implementation, product, and engineering teams to resolve client needs and optimize solution value Champion client feedback and requirements to inform product development and strategic planning Requirements Minimum four years of proven success in account management, with demonstrated ability to drive customer retention and revenue growth Track record of maintaining high renewal rates (95% or higher) and minimizing customer churn Experience managing complex accounts spanning multiple business units and geographic regions Ability to operate independently, build processes, and drive improvements in a dynamic startup environment Strong project management, presentation, and executive communication skills Natural empathy, strategic thinking, and comfort working cross-functionally…
