About the Role

As a Self-Directed Residential Occupancy Surveyor with FAR Inspections, you'll be responsible for performing comprehensive occupancy assessments and inspections on residential properties throughout Milwaukee County. This is a full-time position that demands independence, accuracy, and strong time management as you work your own schedule while meeting established deadlines and quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough occupancy surveys and residential property inspections following industry standards and client requirements
• Document findings accurately with detailed reports and photographic evidence
• Travel throughout Milwaukee County and surrounding communities to various property locations
• Maintain detailed inspection records and ensure all assessments comply with applicable regulations and lending standards
• Communicate inspection results clearly and professionally to clients and stakeholders
• Work independently while meeting established timelines and quality expectations

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the service area
