Receptionist/Selection Specialist

Johnson Granite is hiring a full-time Receptionist/Selection Specialist in Sedges Garden, Forsyth County, to be the welcoming first point of contact in our showroom while guiding clients through stone and surface selections. About the Role

As our Receptionist/Selection Specialist, you'll greet and assist clients as they explore Johnson Granite's offerings, helping them choose the right products while keeping daily administrative tasks running smoothly. This is an in-person position based at our Sedges Garden location, ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and eager to learn every detail of what we provide.

Key Responsibilities

• Build deep, dependable knowledge of our full range of products and services
• Welcome and support clients in the showroom, answering questions and guiding selections
• Handle accurate data entry and routine clerical tasks
• Prepare project estimates and collect the job details our operations team needs to deliver each project to specification
• Partner with the Sales team to help coordinate projects from start to finish
• Refresh and organize client-facing marketing materials
• Educate customers and consistently exceed their expectations to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a clerical or administrative position is a plus
• Comfort with data entry and general office responsibilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude
• Attention to detail and a willingness to master our product catalog
• Ability to work on-site full time in Sedges Garden, Forsyth County
