About the Role
As Segment Director/Advisor, you'll own the strategic vision, market positioning, and revenue growth for our Power Markets and Utilities segment. You'll drive customer acquisition and retention across utilities firms, coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions, and identify emerging opportunities within this critical energy sector.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute segment strategy, market analysis, and go-to-market initiatives for Power Markets
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with major utilities companies and industry stakeholders
- Direct sales efforts and support account teams through the full customer lifecycle
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align solutions with customer needs
- Track market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory developments to inform business strategy
- Own revenue targets and drive sustainable segment growth and profitability
What We're Looking For
- Substantial experience in power generation, utilities operations, or the energy sector
- Proven track record leading business segments or large enterprise accounts in B2B SaaS
- Deep expertise in power markets, grid operations, or utilities business models
- Strong strategic thinking, executive presence, and relationship-building skills
- Background with data platforms, analytics, or AI-driven software solutions preferred
