• Maintain clear communication with clients, supervisors, and law enforcement when necessary
• Document all security activities and incidents in required reports and logs

• Collaborate with other security team members and client staff to ensure comprehensive coverage

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant security certifications preferred
• Strong observational and communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Professional demeanor and trustworthiness suitable for high-value client environments
• Ability to understand and implement client-specific security protocols
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation in the San Francisco Bay Area
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as assigned
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and respond to security situations
