What You'll Do Protect the well-being of staff, visitors, buildings, and outdoor spaces. Staff fixed locations and patrol interiors, exteriors, and parking zones to promote order, enforce policies, and verify compliance with laws and regulations. Shield the property and people from fire, theft, intrusion, assaults, and similar risks. Restrict access by unauthorized individuals according to rules and statutes. Block alcohol sales or consumption by those under legal age and issue calm warnings or remove disruptive persons when needed. Coordinate with supervisors, then interview guests, witnesses, and coworkers to examine incidents, concerns, or accidents. Provide cash escorts and chip replenishments as directed. Answer medical emergencies with CPR, first aid, and AED support, plus operate diagnostic tools authorized for certified Emergency Medical Technicians. Track readiness and inventory of on-site CPR, first-aid, and related medical supplies while following HIPAA privacy standards. Prepare timely written documentation of actions taken. Guide traffic flow and support monitoring of evacuation paths as required. Master and support adherence to organizational procedures, National Indian Gaming Commission rules, Washington State Gambling Commission standards, IRS Title 31 requirements, and the Stillaguamish Gaming Act. Complete additional assignments as needed. What You Bring Outstanding guest-service abilities. Current Washington State Emergency Medical Technician certification plus any required instructor credentials, clearly maintained over time.
