About the Role

As a Security Generalist Sr., you'll oversee security operations and policy implementation in a high-stakes defense environment. Working within a special access program framework at Misawa Air Base, you'll ensure that all security protocols meet federal requirements and organizational standards while protecting classified information and critical facilities.

Your Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor security policies and procedures specific to special access programs
• Conduct security assessments and recommend improvements to strengthen information and facility protection
• Oversee personnel security compliance and coordinate background investigations
• Manage security incidents and develop appropriate response procedures
• Coordinate with base security personnel and stakeholders to maintain operational security
• Document security activities and maintain accurate compliance records
