About the Role

CTO 직속 포지션으로, 회사의 보안 수준을 체계적으로 정립하고, Zero Trust 원칙에 기반하여 전사 보안 인프라를 직접 설계하고 구현할 수 있는 전문가를 찾습니다.

보안 정책 수립, 시스템 구성, 계정 관리, 접근 통제, 클라우드 보안, 침투 테스트에 이르기까지 보안 전반을 담당해 주실 분을 모십니다.
Key Responsibilities
-
Zero Trust 기반 전사 보안 전략 및 정책 수립, 실행
-
ID 및 접근 제어 체계 구축 및 운영 (SSO, IAM, RBAC 등)
-
SaaS 및 클라우드 인프라(AWS, GCP 등)의 보안 아키텍처 설계 및 구성
-
사내 시스템 및 서비스의 보안 취약점 진단 및 개선
-
개발 및 인프라 팀과의 협업을 통한 보안 내재화 (코드 리뷰, CI/CD 보안 등)
-
침해 대응 체계 및 모니터링 환경 구성, 운영
Minimum Qualifications
-
컴퓨터 공학 또는 IT 관련 분야 학사 이상 학위 보유자
-
보안 인프라, DevOps, IT Infra 등 유관 분야에서 3년 이상 실무 경험
-
Linux, Network, Cloud(AWS/GCP) 환경에서의 보안 설계 및 운영 경험
-
보안 취약점 분석 및 대응, 개선 경험
-
Zero Trust 보안 모델에 대한 이해와 실무 적용 경험
