Contribute to firm‑wide thought leadership through publications, speaking engagements, and internal knowledge sharing. What We're Looking For A licensed architect or equivalent professional with a minimum of eight years of experience, preferably focused on healthcare projects. Proven ability to manage large‑scale, complex designs while meeting budget and schedule goals. Strong business development acumen, demonstrated by a track record of winning work and expanding client bases. Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with C‑level executives and clinical staff. Leadership experience, including mentoring teams and coordinating consultants. Familiarity with healthcare design guidelines such as FGI, ADA, and LEED for Healthcare. Proficiency in BIM tools (Revit) and standard design software suites.
