About the Role
As a Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Assistant, you'll play a hands-on part in the daily care of our camp properties. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll help maintain the buildings, grounds, and equipment that make memorable outdoor experiences possible. This full-time seasonal position in Churchville, Augusta County, is ideal for a dependable, detail-minded person who takes pride in upkeep and enjoys working outdoors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the routine maintenance and day-to-day operations of camp facilities and grounds.
- Support the safety, cleanliness, and overall improvement of buildings, outdoor spaces, and equipment.
- Carry out upkeep tasks reliably under the guidance and direction of the Facilities Manager.
- Help identify and address minor repairs and maintenance needs to keep the camp in good working order.
Qualifications
- A trustworthy, responsible attitude with the ability to work independently and follow direction.
- Comfort performing physical, hands-on grounds and facilities maintenance tasks outdoors.
- Attention to detail and a genuine commitment to safety and quality of work.
