SAP – Production Planning – PP – Manager – Consulting – Location OPEN

EY is hiring a SAP Production Planning Manager to lead consulting engagements across our International and King County markets. This full-time role combines hands-on SAP expertise with client-facing delivery to optimize manufacturing operations and supply chain performance.

About the Role

As a Production Planning Manager, you'll drive enterprise implementations and transformations of SAP's PP module for mid-market and enterprise clients. Your work bridges strategy and execution—translating business requirements into robust production scheduling systems, demand forecasting models, and material flow optimization. You'll partner with clients to reshape how they plan, resource, and execute manufacturing operations in a competitive global economy.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement SAP Production Planning solutions that align with client manufacturing strategies and capacity constraints
• Lead requirements gathering, system configuration, and testing for demand planning, production scheduling, and inventory optimization
• Mentor junior consultants and guide client teams through process redesign and system adoption
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend SAP-enabled improvements to forecasting accuracy, production efficiency, and supply chain resilience
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations across complex, multi-month engagements
• Stay current with SAP S/4HANA and integrated planning capabilities to deliver next-generation consulting

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Production Planning (PP), Demand Planning, or Manufacturing modules
• Proven track record leading SAP implementations or upgrades in consulting or enterprise environments
• Deep knowledge of production scheduling, master planning, capacity planning, and materials management processes
• Strong communication skills to influence clients, synthesize complex requirements, and present insights to C-suite stakeholders
• Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and deliver under aggressive timelines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., SAP Activate, SCPro) preferred
