Responsabilidades
- Recepcionar, registrar y clasificar tickets en herramientas de gestión ITSM (ServiceNow, Jira o SAP Solution Manager).
- Realizar diagnóstico inicial y resolución de incidentes funcionales básicos en SAP (datos maestros, transacciones estándar, errores comunes).
- Gestionar solicitudes de usuarios y accesos (altas, bajas, modificaciones de roles y perfiles).
- Escalar casos a niveles N2/N3 asegurando documentación completa y evidencias.
- Mantener comunicación constante con usuarios y validar la resolución antes del cierre del ticket.
- Monitorear y cumplir con SLA definidos (tiempos de respuesta y resolución).
- Documentar soluciones y contribuir a la base de conocimiento (KEDB).
- Ejecutar tareas operativas y monitoreo básico (jobs, interfaces, alertas SAP).
Requerimientos
- Experiencia en soporte SAP nivel 1 (L1) o mesa de ayuda SAP.
- Conocimientos funcionales en módulos SAP FI, CO o MM.
- Experiencia en herramientas ITSM (ServiceNow, Jira o SAP Solution Manager).
- Conocimiento de procesos ITIL (Incident Management, Request Fulfillment).
- Experiencia en gestión de usuarios y accesos SAP.
- Disponibilidad para trabajo en modalidad híbrida en Chile.
- Español nivel avanzado.
