SAP Activate Project Manager – SAP

KATBOTZ is hiring an experienced SAP Activate Project Manager to steer the delivery of SAP GROW (SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition) implementations on a contract basis. About the Role

As the SAP Activate Project Manager for SAP GROW programs, you will own the full delivery lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition projects. Working with teams across the United States (nationwide) (nationwide), you will balance scope, schedule, budget, and resources while championing Fit-to-Standard adoption, Clean Core principles, and a cloud-first mindset. You will be the trusted bridge between SAP, implementation partners, and customer stakeholders, ensuring every engagement lands on time and earns strong client confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct complete SAP GROW rollouts using the SAP Activate methodology across the Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run phases.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, resourcing, and delivery milestones.
• Run Fit-to-Standard workshops and align business processes with SAP best practices.
• Coordinate functional, technical, integration, data migration, testing, and change management workstreams.
• Track scope, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies throughout delivery.
• Lead governance forums, steering committee sessions, and executive status reviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and project delivery.
• Oversee cutover planning, go-live readiness, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Uphold SAP implementation standards, quality controls, and delivery governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of SAP project management experience, including SAP S/4HANA Cloud or SAP ERP implementations.
• Hands-on application of the SAP Activate methodology on cloud ERP transformation programs.
• Solid command of project governance, risk and budget management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience leading global, distributed teams, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Preferred: SAP Activate Project Manager Certification, SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition experience, PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum Master credentials, SAP BTP exposure, multi-country deployments, or a consulting/system integrator background.
