The University of Michigan is currently looking for a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator to join their Enterprise Applications Services team. This is a position. Occasional meetings, on the Ann Arbor campus will be required. The role is for a three year term. Includes responsibilities such as guiding different departments in adopting Marketing Cloud collaborating with the Salesforce Center of Excellence team managing Marketing Cloud data extensions and integrations configuring and overseeing Marketing Cloud connectors, monitoring and troubleshooting data synchronization processes ensuring security and compliance measures are in place designing and implementing automation workflows supporting the Email Preference Center conducting audits on Marketing Cloud sends for compliance purposes and staying updated on new features within Marketing Cloud.
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelors degree in marketing or computer science along with an understanding of marketing automation and CRM concepts. Additionally they should have 3 years of experience working with Marketing Automation Systems, proficiency in HTML/CSS coding languages, as well as excellent communication and problem solving skills. Desired qualifications include certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience with tools like Journey Builder within Marketing Cloud framework as knowledge of data analytics. Familiarity with SQL and email template customization is also preferred.
