You will be responsible for Outbound Calling and Market research. This is an opportunity to work directly with Sales managers to understand their sales needs. Success will be measured by your ability to schedule demo, closing deals as defined in sales process.

Essential Functions
  • Outbound calling and Appointment Scheduler
  • Setting a Tele sales target and developing a Tele marketing strategy for the same.
  • Using a Tele sales script to handle the students efficiently.
  • Creating monthly sales reports and presenting them to the Telesales Manager.
  • Answering to customers’ questions about products and services.
  • Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
  • Stay abreast with the latest trends in the industry.

An ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Excellent communication skills (English).
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks/projects at one time.
  • Candidate pursuing BBA/MBA or completed PG in MBA will be preferred.

Requirements

An ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Excellent communication skills (English).
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking databases.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks/projects at one time.
  • Candidate pursuing BBA/MBA or completed PG in MBA will be preferred.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizing client files, google Drive and Zoho CRM
  • Presentation preparation in google Slides
  • Experienced professionals can also apply
