InsideOutVAS is hiring a full-time Sales Specialist (Job ID: WRISAM1) based in Puerto Rico — a bilingual, results-focused role for someone who thrives on turning warm and aged leads into loyal clients.
About the Role
As a Sales Specialist with InsideOutVAS in Puerto Rico, you will support a growing credit repair and business funding firm that helps individuals and business owners strengthen their financial position and unlock funding opportunities. Working Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm EST, you'll own lead nurturing, appointment setting, and deal closing for a client base across the United States, with particular emphasis on the Spanish-speaking market in Florida. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential, since you'll communicate strictly in English throughout your shift while also serving Spanish-speaking prospects. Compensation is $6–$8 per hour base plus commission.
Key Responsibilities
- Re-engage inbound and aged leads who never booked or missed a consultation
- Schedule qualified appointments and keep prospects warm through calls, texts, and CRM workflows
- Lead consultative conversations, clearly explain credit repair and funding services, and address objections with confidence
- Close qualified prospects and walk them through enrollment
- Maintain accurate lead records, notes, and statuses inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Deliver polished phone etiquette and a welcoming, trustworthy experience for every prospect
Qualifications
- 3+ years in sales, appointment setting, lead nurturing, or closing roles
- Hands-on experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) and other CRMs to manage lead pipelines
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, written and spoken, with C1-level English
- Confident on outbound calls and skilled at handling objections through relationship-based selling
- Prior experience supporting U.S.-based clients
- Preferred: background in credit repair, business funding, real estate, or financial services, plus familiarity with phone systems such as GoTo and high-volume follow-up
- Energetic, resilient, organized, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a fast-paced setting
