You'll set the standard for customer service and sustainable fashion expertise while supporting your store manager in coaching and operations. Core Duties Deliver outstanding customer service through authentic engagement and personalized styling guidance Develop deep product knowledge and share expertise with customers and teammates Build customer relationships and capture profile information to strengthen loyalty Mentor team members through in-the-moment feedback and collaborative coaching Identify gaps and bring forward ideas for operational and sales improvements Ensure consistent communication, training, and feedback flow across the team Execute company standards across People, Sales, Visual Merchandising, and Operations Step in for leadership team members when needed and take ownership of assigned responsibilities Manage physical demands: standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, lifting up to 40 pounds, and bending/reaching for merchandise Work our full retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays What You Bring Multiple years leading or developing others in direct-to-consumer or specialty retail Track record of outperforming individual and team sales goals Comfort with retail technology including point-of-sale systems, customer databases, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Strong communication across spoken, written, and digital channels Understanding of omnichannel retail and seamless in-store and online customer experience Ability to coach teammates and support broader leadership efforts Genuine alignment with sustainability and purpose-driven business practices Resourcefulness, accountability, and openness to feedback Why Join Faherty Brand Founded in 2013, Faherty Brand creates high-quality, sustainably-minded apparel for people who value craftsmanship and comfort.
