About the Role

As Sales Lead-ANN, you'll own sales performance and customer satisfaction in our Lonetree location while working a part-time schedule. This role combines hands-on selling with team leadership, where you'll create an inspiring shopping environment and build customer loyalty. You'll report to store management and work collaboratively to achieve sales goals while staying true to our brand promise of refined, professional style that builds confidence.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve performance targets through consultative customer engagement
• Lead by example on the sales floor, demonstrating product knowledge and exceptional service
• Coach and mentor team members on sales techniques, product benefits, and customer service excellence
