As a Sales Director, North America, you’ll drive revenue growth and establish Vantage‘s footprint across the North American market, building high-value partnerships with major national retailers and leading the business development motion in the fastest-evolving retail media region in the world.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B sales leadership, specifically within retail media, adtech, or martech across North American markets.
  • Deep enterprise solution selling experience: multi-stakeholder sales cycles with C-suite engagement and technical evaluation.
  • Track record of scaling enterprise sales from early stage to market leader in the region.
  • Deep market knowledge: the retail landscape, programmatic advertising, and how RMNs actually operate.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills; fluency in English.
  • Working proficiency in Salesforce or HubSpot, and a data-driven approach to coaching.
