Why we’re hiring for this role

Veliu Pro is growing fast in a market that’s ripe for disruption. We need someone hungry enough to pick up the phone, send the message, and figure out what works — and smart enough to learn from every rep. This is an early bet. On you.

What you’ll do

You’ll run outbound. For real, from day one. Concretely:

• You’ll execute outbound outreach to professional buyers — dealers, resellers, luxury boutiques — across email, Instagram, WhatsApp, and direct calls.

• You’ll work from curated lead lists and learn how to prioritize and personalize at scale.

• You’ll run first-touch conversations to qualify interest and book meetings for the sales team.

• You’ll track your activity, results, and learnings — and bring that feedback into the team.

• You’ll iterate on messaging, experiment with approaches, and develop your own sales instinct.

You won’t be shadowing. You’ll be selling.

Who we’re looking for

No formal sales experience required. What we do need is evidence that you’re wired for this.

You’ll recognize yourself if:

• You’ve sold something — a project, an idea, a product — even if it was never a job title.

• You’ve started something: a side project, a small business, a community, anything that required you to get others on board.

• You’re not intimidated by rejection. You’re curious about it.

• You’re competitive in a way that drives you, not just on paper.

• You communicate with clarity and confidence, even when the answer isn’t rehearsed.

• You want to grow fast — in skill, in responsibility, in earnings — and you understand that non-linear growth requires non-linear effort.

Language: Italian native or ultra fluent in Italian.
