This role involves conducting high-volume outbound prospecting, identifying and qualifying B2B leads, and supporting the sales pipeline across both English- and French-speaking markets.

Requirements

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Identify and qualify B2B leads, focusing on decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Engage prospects in both English and French, tailoring messaging to different markets
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and product demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine targeting strategies and messaging
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline generation
  • Research target accounts and industries to personalize outreach and improve conversion rates
