Sales Development Representative

You'll be a key part of our sales engine, prospecting and qualifying opportunities with brands looking to automate their ad production and optimization workflows.

Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative at Embedding VC, you'll be the first point of contact with companies eager to streamline their advertising operations. You'll own the full prospecting cycle—from research and cold outreach to initial qualification calls—helping marketing teams and agencies discover how our platform automates video ad creation, testing, and publishing across major channels. Your work directly fuels our sales team's pipeline and helps drive adoption of our comprehensive advertising automation suite.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify target accounts within marketing, agency, and e-commerce verticals
• Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls
• Conduct qualification conversations to understand prospect needs and pain points
• Prepare discovery calls between qualified prospects and our sales team
• Track all outreach activity and pipeline data in our CRM with accurate, timely updates
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine targeting and messaging based on market feedback

What You Bring

• 1+ years of sales development, business development, or inside sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage at various seniority levels
• Comfort with rejection and persistence in reaching prospects through multiple touchpoints
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
• Genuine curiosity about advertising technology and product-led growth
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment
