About the Role

As a Sales Coordinator Remote, you will serve as the operational backbone for a dynamic sales organization, ensuring that representatives have the tools, information, and schedule support they need to engage prospects and close deals effectively. This role blends administrative precision with a customer‑focused mindset, all performed from a remote workspace.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate lead, contact, and opportunity data.
  • Schedule appointments, follow‑up calls, and product demonstrations for sales representatives.
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contract documentation based on team guidelines.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, generate routine performance reports, and highlight trends for management review.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and cross‑departmental communications to keep the sales force aligned.
  • Handle inbound inquiries from prospects, providing preliminary information and routing qualified leads to the appropriate salesperson.
  • Maintain organized files of sales collateral, pricing sheets, and product specifications for quick access by the team.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new sales hires by setting up accounts, provisioning resources, and facilitating introductory meetings.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative coordination, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a clear phone etiquette and professional email tone.
  • Detail‑oriented mindset capable of juggling multiple priorities while maintaining data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with insurance or financial services products is a plus, but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business, marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
