What This Role Involves

We are seeking enthusiastic and integrity-driven Sales Associates to join our expanding family-owned business in Southfield, Michigan. As a Sales Associate at 5th Avenue Furniture, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our clients.

• Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide product information
• Assist in the setup and display of furniture to ensure a visually appealing store environment
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Offer solutions and recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store atmosphere

What You'll Do

Daily responsibilities will include greeting customers warmly, demonstrating products, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of sales transactions, manage inventory levels, and assist in the setup and organization of the store.
