What You'll Do

• Greet customers with warmth and offer personalized assistance as they shop
• Share expertise about our collection of children's apparel, baby essentials, and accessories
• Help families find the right items for newborns, back-to-school seasons, and other special occasions
• Process transactions accurately and securely at the point of sale
• Maintain store appearance, organize merchandise displays, and keep the sales floor inviting
• Answer questions about sizes, materials, care instructions, and product availability
• Build rapport with regular customers and contribute to a positive shopping environment

Who We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in helping others
• Ability to engage with diverse customers and remain patient and friendly in a retail setting
• Basic math skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems and cash handling
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift light items
• Flexibility to work a schedule that may include weekends and holiday peak seasons
• Reliable and punctual attendance with a team-oriented mindset
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
