What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and assess their eyewear needs through attentive, consultative conversation
• Demonstrate product knowledge and recommend sunglasses and eyewear solutions tailored to each customer
• Execute sales transactions with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain store appearance and organization, including visual merchandising and inventory support
• Provide responsive customer service and resolve concerns professionally
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals and maintain a welcoming retail environment
