About the Role

As a Sales Associate at Sunglass Hut, you'll be the face of one of the world's most recognizable eyewear brands. Working on the floor of our Sunrise store, you'll guide customers toward their perfect pair while contributing to a team that values personal growth, warmth, and performance.

What You'll Do

• Deliver an engaging, consultative shopping experience that helps each customer find eyewear suited to their style and needs
• Build product knowledge across the brand's full sunglass assortment to make confident, informed recommendations
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals through relationship-driven selling
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor consistent with brand standards
• Process transactions accurately and handle daily operational tasks as needed
• Support a team culture rooted in inclusion, encouragement, and shared success

What We're Looking For

• A genuine enthusiasm for customer service and face-to-face retail interaction
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect quickly with a diverse customer base
