Support the development and maintenance of safety policies and procedures. What You Bring A relevant tertiary qualification in occupational health and safety, or a related field. Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within a government or public sector organization. Demonstrated ability to provide effective advice and guidance on workplace safety issues. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels. A commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality. About the Company The Department of Justice and Community Safety VIC is committed to creating a safe and healthy workplace for its staff. This fixed-term, full-time position will run until 30 June 2027, offering a salary range of $100,894 - $114,476 plus superannuation.
