About the Role

Ethan Conrad Properties Inc is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Supervisor to lead roofing projects and maintenance operations across our substantial portfolio of commercial properties. In this full-time supervisory role, you'll direct roofing crews, coordinate project execution, and maintain rigorous quality and safety standards on industrial, office, and retail properties throughout the Sacramento region and Northern California.

What You'll Do

• Supervise all roofing installation, repair, and maintenance work on commercial properties
• Coordinate project schedules, timelines, material procurement, and crew assignments
• Ensure complete adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards
• Inspect roofing installations and verify quality of completed work before project closeout
• Manage labor costs, project budgets, and resource allocation efficiently
• Communicate project status and requirements with property management and clients
• Oversee roofing crew training, development, and performance management
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and manage equipment inventory

What We're Looking For

• Proven supervisory experience in roofing operations or commercial construction project management
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple crews, coordinate complex projects, and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with leadership capability
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job site visits
• OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain through company support
